REFUNDS & Exchanges (Online Orders)

Customers have 30 days after the purchase date to return the product with both tags in tact to receive an exchange or full refund. Returned products must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed.

Email admin@richardsonag.com.au and we will provide you a free shipping label to send them back to us. Your credit card will be refunded when we receive the merchandise.
